I would imagine that much like me you are excited to officially make it past winter without any major storms. The highs are climbing into the sixties, and I for one am going to be dancing in the sunshine drenched streets. Musicians are either making their debut or returning with great new songs to listen to while you unintentionally burn on your friends deck trying to get a base coat tan. Like Madonna said "Music, makes the people, like the weather!" Those may or may not be the lyrics, but either way here are ten artists to take note of this Spring.
