Like going to parties and brushing elbows with celebs? Want to use your reporting chops for Guest of a Guest? Come and intern with us! GofG internships are set up to give the interns a solid learning structure of the NYC cultural landscape in fields including but not limited to: Online Media, PR, Fashion, Marketing, Tech, Social Media, etc. Our goal is to provide you with the most integrated experience possible to help you find future paid work in your area of interest. Interns must be able to come into the office at least three days a week.
Events Interns: Responsibilities include but not limited to: -Event coverage -Researching events in NYC area -Administrative duties (managing calendar listings, editing photo galleries)
Qualifications and Expectations:
-In NYC Area and can start ASAP -Must be enrolled in school -Minimum commitment of 3 days per week in our offices (West Village) -Excellent interpersonal skills, independent work style, minimum supervision -Excellent research, writing and communications skills, follow-up and a firm grasp of grammar -Experience with various social media platforms -Interest in events, event planning, and public relations -Interest, knowledge and familiarity with NYC nightlife, fashion, culture
