Name: Dakota Sica Medium: Found-objects About: Dakota Sica has been turning found-objects into works of art for years, but just last month he finally opened The Java Project, a gallery in Greenpoint. It's the same site where he showcased his newest pieces last year revolving around his after-hours experiences in NYC, an exhibit met with praise. He's also collaborated with ACME Projects and La Fabrica Gallery, in addition to being selected to create one of the Faberge Big Eggs last year, but now with The Java Project, Sica can zone in on his work while showcasing other artists he admires.
