Hans Breder
Trained as a painter in Germany, Hans Breder went on to found the
Intermedia Program, the University of Iowa's renowned mixing lab of art, dance, music, poetry, theater, and scholarly work.
Breder is a quiet voice in the art world, but a prominent one, and his work can be found in many of the world's major art institutions. His latest exhibition at Algus Greenspon will combines a variety of Intermedia's disciplines, including new paintings, a telephone sculpture, and video.
