Oscar-Worthy Cocktails
The Jane Hotel's "Orient Express"
2 mint leaves
1 1/2 oz. Pimm’s
1 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger
Splash of ginger ale
Splash of club soda
Slice of cucumber
Muddle 2 fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add Pimm’s and Domaine de Canton Ginger. Shake ingredients with ice and pour into a martini glass over a strainer. Top off with a splash of ginger ale and club soda. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
