Brooklyn Fish Camp
The whole purpose behind going to this sister restaurant of Mary's Fish Camp in the West Village is to eat the lobster rolls with shoestring fries. A testament to its popularity is the line on the menu that reads "while supplies last." A simple idea turned into a business staple. It's made of diced-up lobster mixed in a mayonnaise-based creamy sauce and served on a hot dog bun. If they happen to be out, the Fish Camp Oyster Po Boy could work as a lunch substitute, or try the buttermilk brined monkfish for dinner.
