As an Instagram enthusiast, app-creator, beauty entrepreneur, and business woman who has created a brand out of herself, Kim Kardashian is undoubtedly tech savvy (even if she does have a million assistants handling things for her). So it's no wonder she's full of great advice when it comes to handling your phone.
Today, Elle published a new interview with the infamous Mrs. West, and while details regarding her glam routine are fascinating (6 am workouts, hour-long hair and makeup sessions, lasers, hair removal, spray tans), the self-proclaimed neat freak revealed one easy trick anyone could do to keep their sanity: delete everything.
"My life is chaotic, so my home is supersimple. Everything has to be clean. No clutter," she tells writer Molly Young. And she means it in more ways than one. "I can’t have a full phone. At the end of the day, I delete everything that’s not a current conversation. If I need some information, then I keep it. If not, it has to be deleted. I can’t see too much noise."
If you happen to be of the opposite ilk (112 unread texts, 50,000 emails - no, I'm not looking at my own phone right now, why do you ask?) these are the words of wisdom you needed to hear. Delete your digital clutter and who knows? Maybe you'll have your own empire some day.
