Over the weekend, tennis queen Serena Williams indulged in some carbo-loading (and wine) courtesy of her hubby, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian. And while it would have been nice enough if he had taken to the kitchen to cook up some spaghetti himself, Ohanian amped up the romance factor by casually hailing a plane and planning a whirlwind trip to Venice. Anything for his girl, it seems.
Gondola rides and late-night strolls punctuated their impromptu date night, though, to be fair (and to spare your boyfriend some grief), it appears Serena was already staying in another part of Italy earlier in the week.
In any case, I'd be satisfied with a Tinder date to Olive Garden. Maybe one day...
