He's Suing For $300,000
The plaintiff filed a negligence lawsuit against Gwyneth in 2019, alleging that the crash left him with multiple broken ribs and a concussion which led to brain damage. According to Terry, Gwyneth's ski instructor failed to call for help, while the star and her entourage fled the scene. He was originally asking for over $3 million in damages, but has since lowered his demand to $300,000.
