The A-lister's legal team is calling the lawsuit an "attempt to exploit her celebrity and wealth." It was revealed in court that the victim texted his family "I'm famous" moments after the collision, when he realized that his run-in was with a celebrity. Evidence, perhaps, that he was prepared to milk the incident.
