Jimmy Kimmel married Molly McNearney, a writer on his show, in 2013, after working with her for 10 years. Though she's acknowledged that she had previously never looked at him romantically, they fell in love after becoming closer as friends. What finally sealed the deal? He cooked for her!

McNearney told Glamour that he had once casually asked what her favorite foods were. Then he invited her to dinner at his place. "I walked in, and there was a pizza, a BLT, crab claws, cheeseburger, and gnocchi. He had made them all from scratch. I couldn't believe it, and I realized how incredibly thoughtful and generous he really was."
