21 People Have Been Arrested
Among those charged in the case, there's Chase Poindexter, 23, who is accused of distributing drugs to his frat brothers at Phi Gamma Delta at UNC, Amber Janna Johnson, a student at Duke, charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine, Kyle Parrish Beckner, 22, who allegedly sold 1,000 doses of LSD, and Jason Nitsos, who sold cocaine to his UNC fraternity, Beta Theta Pi.
