Debbie Bancroft Hosts Calypso Lunch At East Side Social Club

[photos by Ben Gabbe and Patrick McMullan for PMc] Debbie Bancroft and Calypso's President, Jen Foyle, hosted a lunch at the East Side Social Club yesterday, where Fern Mallis, Daniel Benedict, and Michelle Paterson indulged on mushroom ravioli and raddichio salad.-

Gigi Mortimer and Courtney Moss spoke of the fur accessories line ("Glamourpuss NYC") that they designed for Calypso last fall, and after an overwhelmingly successful showing of their pieces at Coterie, Mortimer proposed that "trade shows are the new cocktail parties." We know she's referring to how schmoozing has become quite customary at trade shows, but until they start serving pigs in blankets and stuffed mushrooms at the Javitz Center, we hesitate to agree.

But where was little Serena Bancroft in all this? Probably skiing in Courchevel with her friends this week...
