J. Crew's Jenna Lyons did not disappoint with her outfit last night, wearing a white shirt, bow-tie, and cropped tux. Even though she seemed a little uneasy being up on stage, she had great words of advice for the women in the room.

She went on to thank her son Beckett for remind her that the world revolves around him every day. And to top it off, she publicly acknowledged her new girlfriend Courtney Crangi for the first time, thanking her for showing her new love.
