Last Friday, electro-pop singer/Harvard alum BAKER and "sexwave" band the Tubetops took the stage at Ella Lounge.
Baker worked the crowd with a string of irresistible pop anthems. Notable among the set list were Baker's "Echo," and "Convincing Me." Brooklyn new-wavers, Tubetops, self-proclaimed founders of the genre 'sexwave,' rounded out the night with a set of songs from their debut EP. Highlight of the night? Tubetops front-man tore off his shirt and proclaimed "Fuck Shirts!" before starting into another banger.
