For the third year in a row, the Hark Society's Emerald Tie Gala proved to be one of the best events of the season. Held at Capitale on Friday, the annual event called forth the coolest young patrons on the scene for a night of partying for the Passion Project – a grant program providing kids the opportunity to pursue their passions. As usual, the charity gala was just the occasion to dress to the nines, and every guest took the black (or emerald) tie dress code seriously.
