For some of New York's chicest, summer doesn't start until the Veuve is popped at Liberty State Park. On Saturday, the annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic kicked off the season with an A-list crowd and champagne galore. Between stomping divots and taking in the match, guests including Elizabeth Olsen, Jourdan Dunn, Olivia Palermo, and Rose Byrne rubbed elbows and clinked glasses in their best preppy garb.
