It was never going to be easy - following the success of their Ziggy Stardust-inspired collection this spring - but some how some way MOTHER and BOWIE® have outdone themselves, their latest collaboration honoring the legendary style of David Bowie already a total hit.
Taking inspiration from the colorful glamour of the 80s, the second and final capsule features studded denim jeans and jackets, bright graphic tour tees, a lightening bolt-knit cropped sweater and more.
To celebrate, MOTHER Co-Founders Lela Becker and Tim Kaeding transformed the Soho Grand’s Club Room into a Glam Rock den, with old-school televisions flashing dreamy sequences of MOTHER’s latest campaign, DJ Va$htie setting the mood with a soundtrack of 80’s hits, and a special performance by King Princess of Bowie classics.
Tommy Dorfman, Brianna Lance, Pat Cleveland, Jemima Kirke and more stepped out in their most stylish superstar ensembles for the evening. Curious to see who wore what?
