There were It Girls aplenty at Thursday afternoon's fashionable luncheon celebrating THROUGH HER LENS: The Tribeca Women’s Filmmaker Program, which, of course, makes sense, considering it was hosted in partnership with Chanel.

Dressed in their straight-off-the-runway Chanel best, screen and style stars including Lucy Boynton, Zosia Mamet, Cazzie David, Amandla Stenberg, Clara McGregor, and Rebecca Dayan joined Tribeca CEO and Co-Founder Jane Rosenthal and Chief Content Officer Paula Weinstein at iconic neighborhood mainstay The Odeon for the occasion, which coincided with the start of the 2022 Tribeca Film Festival.

The annual lunch highlights the work of the mentorship program, which was launched in 2015 by Tribeca and Chanel, in collaboration with Pulse Films, to provide industry support, artistic development, and funding to emerging U.S. based self-identifying women and non-binary writers and directors.

"It’s been a true honor to champion so many female voices and have a program like Through Her Lens to showcase all the amazing work being created," Rosenthal said in her opening remarks.

What followed was a lively lunch affair that was far chicer than any industry networking event we've ever been to.
