Manhattan Magazine celebrated the release of its Best of the City issue last night at BarOnFifth at The Setai Fifth Avenue.
Editor-in-chief Richard Martin and vice president & publisher, Leslie Wolfson, hosted the cocktail and canape affair, and Claude Rosen and Noah Garabedian provided the jazz music.
