The Charles Maddock Foundation Charity Gala took place at Avenue last night, with Jesse Marco providing the music. Celerie Kemble, Boykin Curry, Georgina Bloomberg, Lauren and Andrés Santo Domingo, Harrison Lefrak, Alexander Acquavella and other guests enjoyed open bar and partied down for the night.
The Charles Maddock Foundation was founded after its namesake was hit by a taxi and underwent surgery for traumatic brain injury. The experience left him wanting to do something to raise awareness and support for medical research in this area.
Since its inception in 2006, they've raised $350,000 and funded three medical research studies and created an online support network for brain injury victims.
