NY SunWorks donors gathered at the Top of the Standard last night for their annual #NYSW charity gala, promoting their science and sustainability cause "The Greenhouse Project" that has already been implemented in 17 classrooms across New York, with a goal of building 100 by 2020. "The Greenhouse Project" is dedicated to improving environmental science in urban schools. Through their super cool 21st century hydroponic greenhouse labs, they aim to provide tomorrow’s decision-makers with a lasting sense of commitment to lead the global community in an environmentally efficient way. Both auctions and silent auctions ensued accompanied by a gorgeous panoramic view of the city, with the most coveted item on the bidding table being a Carmen Marc Valvo Couture dress that came with tickets to the fabulous designer's Spring/Summer show.
