On Wednesday, February 12th, dapper dude-about-town and frequent host with the most Jon Harari celebrated his birthday with a crowd of fashionable friends and guests at PHD Penthouse at the Dream Hotel Downtown. It seemed like all of New York was there to help him blow out the candles, sipping, #selfie-ing, and dancing the night away while taking in the incredible rooftop views.
