Last night, Valentino brand ambassador and man-about-town, Carlos Souza, hosted an intimate book signing for his travel and cultural recommendation guide #Carlos'sPlaces. The party was held at Valentino on Madison Avenue, where a percentage of purchases during the party went towards New Yorkers For Children. A stylish crowd of people showed up, including Tamara Mellon, Allison Sarofim, and Jennifer Creel. Kelly Rutherford arrived in a stunning floral printed white dress, while Sofia Sanchez Barrenechea looked effortlessly-chic in one of Valentino's signature lace dresses. The book prominently features Souza's Instagrams from stunning locales and social functions, highlighting the appeal of one of the most visible global fashion figures. And based on the well-heeled guests eagerly snapping away on their phones, the event itself could have provided a new chapter to Carlos's Places.
