Last night Alan Philip's Guerrilla Culinary Brigade co-hosted a pop-up dinner with French icons, Le Cirque and Grey Goose® Vodka. Le Cirque's 2-star Michelin Chef Craig Hopson and Grey Goose master mixologist Nick Mautone presented the latest version of The Feast, a pop up restaurant series. "The Feast: L.E.S Cirque" is a casual downtown interpretation of New York's most famous restaurant in the 10,000 square foot indoor/outdoor penthouse of the Hotel on Rivington.
The series continues through August 26th and will feature a theme ingredient every night, such as lobster, watermelon, corn, etc.
