Last week, society staples and political powerhouses flocked to the Angel Orensanz Foundation for the Lower Eastside Girls Club's Spring Fling Annual Gala.
Rosario Dawson, Aurora James, Councilwoman Carlina Rivera, Dee Poku, Marina Larroude, Meredith Melling, Molly Howard, Sarah Sophie Flicker, Waris Ahluwalia, Zac Posen and more stepped out for the festive evening, which raised over $685,000 for the organization's amazing work supporting New York's young women and gender-expansive youth.
"For over 27 years, we have created a space where young people can dream big, find their passions, connect to peers and careers, and where their families and the entire community can transform self-care into community care," shared Jenny Dembrow, Co-Executive Director of the Lower Eastside Girls Club.
"We are radically imagining a more just and equitable world filled with Joy, Power, and Possibility."
Following cocktails and a seated dinner, guests enjoyed a special performance by the dancers of nightlife favorite, House of Yes.
