Pavarotti's Nessun Dorma has always been able to make me cry. I don't want to say that if you're not dropping a tear to that tune you're a monster, but you are. Last night, at the shockingly cool iPic theatre, a wide array of New York society names and music icons and... Anthony Scaramucci(?) flocked to The Cinema Society's screening of Ron Howard's documentary "Pavarotti." A truly brilliant film following the remarkable life of the Maestro, it was a fitting celebration of the optimistic spirit of the late Luciano Pavarotti. Following the screening, guests gathered at the new restaurant R17, The Roof of Pier 17.
