Is there anything better than a hot chef? A cute face and an impressive set of knife skills is enough to make any girl weak at the knees. And let me tell you ladies, Celebrity Chef & sustainability advocate Dan Churchill does not disappoint.

But I digress. Slightly. Last week, Oberon Sinclair, the "Queen of Kale" herself, partnered up with Churchill for an intimate dinner party in Nolita where the two waxed poetic on the amazing eco and health benefits of the superfish everyone's sure to be talking about - Wild Alaska Pollock. Hailing from the oh-so-clean waters of Alaska, the species is the most abundant, certified-sustainable fish in the world. High in protein, high in vitamins & low in calories. 

New York's top thought leaders in the food and sustainability space were in attendance for the private soirée, including members of The Climate Group, The FeedFeed, City Harvest, Misfits Market, Ever&Ever, and direct-to-consumer food brands doing work on sustainable products.
