What could be chicer than a night at the ballet?
Why, a black tie soirée in support of the ballet!
This Monday evening, four hundred guests dressed in their evening best joined School of American Ballet in celebrating its annual Winter Ball at Lincoln Center's David H. Koch Theater. Ever a success, thanks in no small part to the generosity of patrons and the fête's sponsors First Republic Bank, Graff and La Perla, the event raised more than $1 million to support the schooling of its young artists.
As always, the evening's crowd was a veritable little black book of society staples - with Jill Kargman, Amy Fine Collins, Roze Traore, Indre Rockefeller, Paul Arnhold, Marina Larroude, Eric Rutherford and more in attendance.
