For the fourth year in a row, the chicest young patrons in NYC came together at the Hark Society's Emerald Tie Gala for a night of drinking and dancing at Capitale. The evening benefited Hark Society's Passion Project, a program which provides personalized scholarships to mentees to enroll in out-of-school programs for a full educational experience.
