This week, New York's latest see-and-be-seen hotel celebrated its grand opening with a blowout bash full of sparkles, flowers, and tons of A-listers. Moxy Chelsea, which fully embraces its location in the heart of the flower district, took its floral fete to the next level with an "Avant Garden," a multi-space takeover which included flower-power makeup applications by Bella Thorne's new line, Thorne by Bella, live tattooing by JonBoy, and a dreamy ASMR sensory experience in partnership with Whisperlodge.
Joining the ranks of two other hotels under the Moxy umbrella, Moxy Times Square and Moxy NYC Downtown, which have both opened in the past two years, the new addition seems to have already gotten a stamp of approval from the cool kids. Nina Agdal, Caroline Vreeland, and Bella Thorne were all in attendance, while Bella's sister Dani Thorne DJ'd amid a lineup which included Lady Bunny, Ty Sunderland, and Matthew Mazur. It was certainly a colorful crowd fit for such a colorful party.
After hours, guests headed up to the swanky rooftop lounge, The Fleur Room, to keep the party raging on way into the wee hours.
