Last night, the vintage-inspired eyewear company Warby Parker, celebrated the start of their holiday season with a "magnificent turkey leftover launch."
The event, which was located in a transformed SoHo garage at 45 Grand Street between West Broadway and Thompson, housed two decorated yurts that guests mingled between. One yurt let the invited guests try on and purchase glasses while the other yurt hosted publishing house McSweeney’s, who sold literary works. This location will be open 7 days a week 12 pm- 8pm until January 8 and will have weekly rotating products.
Guests enjoyed hanging out with Neil Blumenthal, Andrew Hunt, David Gilboa, and Jeffrey Raider, the four founders of Warby Parker, eating "leftover turkey" sandwiches by Empire Mayo and wd-50's Sam Mason, listening to music by Andrew Andrew, and sparkly seasonal cocktails.
