What's your favorite piece in this collection?
We call this piece the holy mountain (points to a huge camo colored mountain of a jacket). It started off small and encrusted and we started thinking bigger and bigger and it literally looks like a mountain. So we started calling it the holy mountain. They are all hand cut three dimensional paillettes. I call it military Matisse because you look at it up close and you see the camo, it sort of becomes 3D. When you look at it from far away you can understand it. It was just a camo idea and we went crazy with it. There’s another pair of pants down that that match. It’s interesting because the beginning of the collection is super clean and it gets deconstructed as you go along.
