Yes, in fact everything is right across the street from our offices! It’s great because I can be very hands-on.
Why is producing locally important to you?
Because you know what’s happening. You know exactly what’s going on all the time. You know these people, how it’s being made. It scares me to think of sending things far away and not knowing what the conditions are, let alone what the quality is like.
