Everyone knows that NYFW is all about the shows and the parties. Hopping around from one to the next is a blast. But for editors, models, buyers and anyone attending for work, it can also take it’s toll (blistered feet, broken shoes, drained batteries, empty tummies…) Luckily, many fashion companies have tuned into the needs of industry insiders, and offer temporary lounges for VIPs during Fashion Week. Some are stricter than others, but most are by invitation only and offer everything from food and drinks to beauty treatments and gifts. These lounges are popular with celebrities looking to hide out between shows, but are equally appreciated by writers and bloggers in need of a spot to get work done.

Throughout the week, I took full advantage of some of these hideouts – and took notes (and photos!) along the way. Check out my round up of the top 3 VIP Lounges of New York Fashion Week – what they had, what they didn’t and who was there.
