Before making his New York Fashion Week debut, Tokyo-based designer Tomo Koizumi had already earned a seal of approval from some of the industry's biggest names: Marc Jacobs, Katie Grand, Guido Palau, Pat McGrath, and Jin Soon Choi, all of whom lent a hand in orchestrating his epic presentation on Friday.

Held at the Marc Jacobs store on Madison, the show was the talk of the style set, featuring intricate, delightfully colorful, and magically fluffy clouds of organza on an A-list cast of models, including Bella Hadid, Joan Smalls, Karen Elson, Rowan Blanchard, and even Game of Thrones star Gwendoline Christie.

Needless to say, the creations filled up our feed. Hardly a surprise, considering Grand (international stylist and the Editor in Chief of Love) first discovered Koizumi on Instagram. With her help (and big-name connections), the designer-on-the-rise was able to fly to New York and present one of the most buzzed-about presentations of the week.

Keep an eye on him - everyone else in fashion certainly will be.
