Jane Lbrahim found herself aimlessly searching for a place to call home after having left Hong Kong at a young age. Due to a lack of memories from a place one would call home, Lbrahim felt as something in her was missing and needed to start making memories for herself through her line Maisonette 1977. Jane feels that through her clothing she can express herself.
Maissonette 1977 launched two years ago -- the line focuses around her obsession as a young girl of the whole 90’s downtown grunge look, with a touch of uptown flirtiness.
