Are you sad to see NYFW leave Lincoln Center?
Fashion is about the new and is always changing, so I see it as part of what we do. I firmly believe that there is strength in numbers and that American designers need to support the new venue so that we maintain the worldwide importance of New York Fashion Week.
What will you miss about LC?
I will miss Lincoln Center because we had some great shows there and have good memories.
Where would you like it to be next season?
I would love to see it stay on the West Side but further downtown. The new Whitney Museum is going to create a new cultural center for the City and energize that whole area.
Where do you predict NYFW will be next season?
I feel it will be either at the Hudson Yards or at least nearby.
