After an exhilarating but exhausting 8 days of runway shows, parties and trudging around town in the snow – Fashion Week has finally come to an end! As a special treat to celebrate it’s finale, our Fashion Correspondent and stylist, Natalie Decleve hosted an intimate media dinner for her fashionable friends at Mas (la grillade). With temperatures well below zero, and yet another impending snowstorm on the forecast – a relaxed and decadent meal full of smoky goodness seemed the perfect way to unwind and recap the week.
Natalie chose Mas for it’s seasonal, local and mostly organic, menu – giving her guests a guilt free way to indulge. The refined yet relaxed ambiance of the West village restaurant was the perfect backdrop for the gaggle of well dressed editors and writers in attendance. In fact, with Fashion Week as the theme, all guests were asked to come dressed in their favorite runway trend. From tutus and beaded blouses to tonal camouflage, everyone had something unique to bring to the (literal) table.
