Surfer Winnie Beattie opened the Nolita boutique Warm in April 2012. The store offers a curated collection of women's and children's clothing and accessories, including collections by designers Ulla Johnson, Tallow, and Jutta Neumann, as well as home goods and gifts. Beattie and husband Rob Magnotta call their specialty shop a spot for "urban hippies" in the big city who "want to go where it's warm."
