What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner?
H: When it comes to eating, I try to be more inclusive rather than exclusive. I do generally avoid dairy, gluten and refined sugar, which just means that I get very creative with seasonal vegetables! For breakfast I’ll have a smoothie post-matcha. For lunch I’ll have a big salad of tuna, hard-boiled eggs and cucumber. For a snack I love cucumbers sprinkled with sesame oil and sea salt. For dinner I’ll have fresh fish grilled with a side of sautéed spinach!
