While we're not in love with Taryn Manning 's new bleach blonde 'do, we are fans of the green and red color combo she chose for last night's International Emmy Awards. Pairing the one-shoulder, emerald dress with a dark red clutch and matching, bold lip was definitely a risk, but Manning pulled the look off well, without the Christmas tree effect.
