Broadway Impact Rally Takes Over The Streets Of New York City For Marriage Equality

Broadway Impact held a rally in midtown Manhattan Sunday afternoon to support Governor David Paterson's same-sex marriage bill bringing together thousands of supporters along with the help of Kristin Davis, Cynthia Nixon, David Hyde Pierce, Mayor Michael Bloomberg, Cheyenne Jackson, and Gavin Creel spreading the word that "There's no room for discrimination in the Empire State". The huge crowd of equal rights fighting rally go-ers enjoyed a performance from the talented cast of Broadway's Hair while Governor Paterson, Mayor Bloomberg, and Broadway babe Cheyenne Jackson took to the podium.

Broadway Impact is a community of Broadway actors, directors, producers, writers, and fans working together to educate and inspire the community towards marriage equality. They have taken their fight for equality to the virtual streets of Twitterville while raising millions of dollars for charity every year.
