And just like that... the Sex And The City reboot is horrible. For anyone who's watched even one scene of one episode, that statement needs no further corroboration.
But still, the romance of New York, the hope that maybe somehow the plot lines will start being good, and, but of course, the fashion, keep us mindlessly watching each week (albeit fast forwarding through awkward moments and Miranda's overly aggressive sex scenes).
This week, emerging from her modern day mourning period, Carrie's pushed back into the dating world by her editor in a not-so-authentic move to give her new book a more hopeful ending. And while the dating storyline ended up being, once again, horrible, Carrie's first date look was anything but.
