Recently, one of our favorite DJ's, DJ Cassidy, launched a new shoe: the Bridgeport boat shoe for Rockport, drawing on inspiration from his two biggest influences, Run DMC and Michael Jackson.
Cassidy considers the greatest outfit of all time to be Michael Jackson’s look in the “Billie Jean” video: Black leather suit, red bow tie, pink shirt, pink socks… Not exactly an obvious translation into a pair of boat shoes, but it works. With soft pink perforated leather, red canvas upper, and black pinstripe, the shoe is signature Cassidy with a twist.
