On Monday April 14th, a star-studded line up of New York City performers took over the stage at The Gramercy Theatre for one night only, performing four musicals they created in one day. The 24 hours Musical, considered to be one of the most impossible theatre events of the year, is a celebrity charity challenge where stars from theatre, television, film, and music unite to create four brand new musicals in one day to benefit the Orchard Project.

More story and photos from this event below...The Orchard Project is a retreat that supports the most innovative theatre artists and companies in the US. This one night only event gathered the talent of Cheyenne Jackson, SNL's Rachel Dratch, Dr. Joy Browne, Richard Kind, Tracie Thoms, and many more led by Tony Award-winning orchestrator Ted Sperling as they were given 24 hours to create, rehearse, then perform four musicals for a live audience. After the show, the performers headed over to  the after party held at the National Arts Club where guests included Tina Fallon, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, and Michael Longoria.
