Thanks to all the tea-spilling buzz it's generated in the past few weeks, André Leon Talley's anticipated new memoir has bumped up its release date from September to, well, now. The Chiffon Trenches, as you may have heard, is full of juicy details about Talley's decades in the court of fashion including plenty of unfiltered opinions about his former friend and fellow member of Vogue royalty, Anna Wintour.
The book also frequently features Talley's Condé colleague, Graydon Carter (who served as the Editor-in-Chief of Vanity Fair for 25 years until he departed his role in 2017), whose own candid quotes about Wintour (via Talley) caused a bit of a stir.
