[Sugar Hill Beer founders join us at last night's affair]

Last night's collaboratory event with Fame Game was a big success. It has been a long time since I have spent a Sunday night at such a cultured affair, and I left feeling as if I had actually done something with my Sunday, which was a nice change. I may forget about the hundreds of museums and parks, art galleries and historic landmarks housed here in this city I call home, but I made it all the way to Harlem (it really isn't THAT far), last night for an art event featuring artists from all over the world, as well as media mavens, that should buy me at least a couple of months of worry free negligence right? (Probably not, if my "cultured friends" have anything to say about it).
Home Base's, third site, started by Anat Litwin, blew me away. The house, to be noted, is a work of art in itself, with all original wood paneling, intricate fireplaces, and tons of ornate detailing in every room. When the artists move out at the end of the month, the apartments will be up for sale, so, if you're in the hunt, it's a good chance to go and look at the spaces sans broker, and get an afternoon/evening of some renowned art at the same time.
Many of our popular online friends showed up including the beautiful Tia Walker, and Nicolette in the city. The Envirolution team was there, the Sugar Hill Beer Gang, many of the artists, and of course, the Fame Gamers. With a special guest musical performance after an extensive tour of the huge space by Anat, this was one of the best "free of charge" events I've been to. We will be informing you about more special events including dance performances, musical guests and the likes that will be taking place at the Home Base location later this month. Until then, check out our photo gallery!
