Custom couture cleaner Madame Paulette celebrated its 50 year anniversary with the unveiling of a newly renovated Upper East Side boutique and three nights of exclusive parties.Cristina Greeven Cuomo, R. Couri Hay and Amanda Hearst were among the many guests who showed up in appreciation of the masters of spot removal, and also lend support to the company's new fashion donation program.
