As the ancient proverb goes, once an Upper East Side girl, always an Upper East Side girl. Though these days she may spend most of her time lounging about downtown in her gorgeous penthouse in Noho, Nicky Hilton sure does know how to turn out for a charity luncheon.
An honoree at the Fifth Annual Hudson River Park Friends Playground Committee Luncheon, Nicky traded her usual street style of ballet flats and jeans for a decidedly ladies-who-lunch look (slash Annie from The Parent Trap, circa Lindsay Lohan of course).
The perpetual It Girl showed up sporting an uber chic matching tweed set designed by good friend Stacey Bendet Eisner of Alice and Olivia.
No need to pair an obligatory strand of pearls as the jacket featured a playful trimming of pearl embellishments. And finally, a French twist updo set the serious tone, while her Judith Leiber handbag brought the laughs.
